Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

At Keystone Treatment Center, we are constantly striving to make sure that we can adequately address the ever-changing needs of our patients.

Today, between 20 and 25 percent of people in the workforce are facing personal problems – problems that have an impact not only on their personal lives, but also on their job performance. Fortunately, most of these concerns can be solved with effective, short-term counseling that is offered by an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

KeySolutions Employee Assistance Program provides employers, employees, and their family members with these services. Directed by a Nationally Certified Employee Assistance Professional, this program is designed to assist individuals who may be suffering from personal concerns that interfere with a productive life at home or at work.


KeySolutions assists employers in helping their employees overcome personal struggles that are preventing them from working to the best of their ability. KeySolutions also provides assistance in employee mediation, and offers various trainings and presentations.


KeySolutions provides employees with confidential services that are tailored to address their concerns. In working with KeySolutions, employees can receive professional guidance and gain the confidence needed to successfully re-enter the workforce.

Family Members

KeySolutions offers personalized care to family members of employees who are struggling with personal concerns. With these services, family members can discover ways to best support their loved one, and learn how to thrive as a unit.
