Welcome to Keystone Treatment Center
The acclaimed residential and outpatient alcohol, drug and gambling treatment facility for adults, young adults and adolescents. On 30 acres of shaded lawns in South Dakota, we offer an atmosphere of quiet dignity, comfort, rest and meditation - all vitally necessary for the recovering individual.
Keystone Treatment Center is nationally known for offering special treatment tracts for those afflicted with methamphetamine addiction and inhalant abuse, as well as services for dual diagnosis, gambling, cognitive disorders, and opioid dependence. Other specialties include Native American, Christian, Aftercare and Family programs.
The multidisciplinary staff at Keystone Treatment Center includes psychiatrists, medical physicians, a psychologist, certified chemical dependency counselors, full-time certified teachers and Native American counselors and cultural advisors. Our treatment programs are based on the 12-step philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Gamblers Anonymous. Patient care is individualized, length of stay is flexible, and extended treatment can be arranged as needed. Throughout the treatment process we emphasize the importance of continuum of care and involvement in an appropriate support group after discharge.
Most medical insurance plans cover all or part of the cost of our programs. Keystone Treatment Center is also eligible for South Dakota state funded patients, Title 19, Indian Health Service funds, and Rule 25 funds in Minnesota. We are licensed by the State of South Dakota and accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
With respect, support, honesty and understanding, Keystone Treatment Center has been bringing health, recovery and reconnection to patients and their families for over 35 years. We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide assistance with an admission or a crisis situation. Please call (866) 762-3712 or complete the confidential online assessment form to begin the healing process and to move forward towards a more enriched and meaningful life.
