KeySolutions - Your Employee Assistance Program

If you are looking for more information about our services, you have come to the right place! KeySolutions has been providing employee assistance programs services to covered employees and family members for more than ten years.

Employee Assistance is a service provided by your employer to assist you or an immediate family member who may be experiencing personal problems that interfere with a fulfilling, productive life at home or at work.

Our services are CONFIDENTIAL and offer professional guidance in a variety of areas including:

Relationship Issues - Marriage/couple conflict, relationship skills, parent/child conflict, children's behavioral problems, coping with older parents
Emotional Health - Depression, emotional problems, self-esteem, suicide issues, co-dependency, unhealthy living skills
Abuse Issues - Sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, verbal abuse, post-traumatic stress issues
Drug, Alcohol, Gambling Abuse - Free assessment/evaluation, free state funding assessments, inpatient and outpatient programs available for adults and male adolescents
Workplace Issues - Employee/supervisor conflict resolution, job stress, dealing with difficult co-workers, coping with change, mediation
Financial Counseling - Compulsive spending, gambling, debt management, bankruptcy

How Do I Know if I Need Help?

You feel like your life is out of control.
You are consistently unhappy, short-tempered, impatient or withdraw.
Money problems are causing stress and creating problems within your marriage relationship.
You are frustrated at work and don't know how to deal with it.
You don't seem to have any energy and want to sleep all of the time.
You have isolated yourself from your friends and social activities.
You have a consistent negative attitude and feel hopeless.
You have a child whose behavior is out of control and you feel helpless in trying to deal with it.

Why is my Employer offering EAP?

Your employer knows that personal problems can reduce an employees work performance from 25 to 50 percent. Dealing with the personal problems can lead to improved job performance. Happy, healthy employees mean a stronger organization.

What does it cost?

Because your employer has a contract with KeySolutions EAP, up to five (5) consultations (if needed) are provided at not cost to you. Many problems can be resolved with short-term counseling. However, if you have decided, with your counselor, that longer-term counseling is needed, it may be covered by insurance or other benefits. You can work together with your counselor to answer any questions.

What about family problems?

Because your well-being is affected by the problems of your spouse or dependents, the EAP services are also free to your immediate family. Our goal is to help you resolve family problems before they affect your performance at work.

How do I contact KeySolutions?

KeySolutions is easy to use. Any request for assistance may be initiated by the employee or a member of his or her family by simply calling our toll-free Referral Line at 1-866-762-3766. Our 24 hour Referral Line is available seven days a week. Identify yourself as a covered member of KeySolutions EAP and an appointment will be arranged for you. Convenient appointment times are available during the day and early evening.
