Location: KeySolutions EAPKeySolutions Employee Assistance ProgramToday, between 30 and 40 percent of any workforce is facing personal problems - problems that have an impact not only on their personal lives, but on their job performance as well. Fortunately, most of these problems can be solved with effective, short-term counseling. KeySolutions Employee Assistance Program is a service provided to employers, employees and family members and is directed by a Nationally Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Our EAP umbrella covers more than 100 companies including 10 hospitals and clinics. KeySolutions is designed to assist employers with employees who may be suffering from personal problems that interfere with a productive life at work or at home. By assisting employees who may be having personal problems, it is possible to return them to a satisfactory job performance level. KeySolutions offers professional guidance in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: family problems, drug and alcohol abuse, relationship difficulties, parent/child conflicts, stress, workplace issues, depression, gambling, financial difficulties, and emotional health. Our skilled staff includes certified chemical dependency counselors, licensed professional counselors, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and a nationally certified gambling counselor. A member of our EAP staff is on-call 24 hours a day. Our toll-free Referral Line 888.450.7844 is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
