This program features a track for patients with cognitive disorders. Each client is assessed individually in the areas of communication skills, daily living skills and social skills. Through this comprehensive process, each patient’s specific needs can be identified and addressed through individualized treatment planning. Clients attend group therapy and individual sessions facilitated by trained chemical dependency counselors.
For individuals treated on the Adolescent Unit, the disciplinary system within this track is based on recognizing and rewarding appropriate behavior. A neuropsychiatric evaluation can be arranged upon request.
