HomeKeystone offers assessment and referral services. An appointment can be made with a certified counselor. The assessment takes approximately two hours. Keystone utilizes the clinical team approach in recommending the appropriate level of care for the individual. Recommendations and referrals are made immediately following the assessment interview session. Keystone has a diversified network of referrals, which allows us to refer individuals for appropriate care.
Most medical insurance plans cover all or parts of the cost of care. Keystone is also eligible for South Dakota state funded patients, Title XIX, IHS funds, and Rule 25 funds (consolidated funds in Minnesota). Our admissions coordinator will assist in making all arrangements. Our Referral Line is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will provide assistance with an admission or a crisis situation.
